i want to know where to buy bicycle rims or wheels the metal circles on the bike?

i want to know where i can get a brand new set of wheels for $60 to $100 together not separate because my wheels or rims are slightly wobbly and are hitting the brakes i need 26 inch x 1.95 for a mountain bike strength is a must weight does not matter
freewheel hub not cassette
i meant to say i have a freewheel not a freehub/cassette i need new tires/rims whatever there called for freewheel because mine have rust on braking part

i have this bmx bicycle. the rims are alluminium. so, i read on the net. it says i gotta sand paper it first. so i did, with a rough type. and it turned out not shiny. so after tht. i sprayed a few layers or black laquer spray paint. it looks good. but it starts chipping of the moment i put it on the ground. well, i havent put on the clear coat yet. but if i do, will the paint stick really firmly? will it still chip off? i need really good advice and helps. thank you in advance!
