US $200.00

you could just save a lot of money and just get them trued for about 20-30 dollars for both at any bike shop….you did not even state if it is a freewheel or freehub rear wheel and if freehub how many gears, and 26 x1.95 is very wide are you sure that is not your tire size as most strong double wall rims are 26 x 1.5 and you use the same 1.95 tire.
the spokes of a rim can be tightened or loosened to take the wobble out of the wheel, which is common as bike are used under hard conditions
i have a few good options in your range if you really want new wheels, but i still need to know freewheel or freehub/cassette hub, you will also need a freewheel or cassette tool as well to move the gears over
Get new wheels for it, sounds like it could use the upgrade to disc while you are at it…
Wheelset for $80, disc and rated for all mtn use,

Amazon.com. or Bike World USA. If Bike World USA doesn’t have it directly in stock – they can & will get it shortly for you. Best customer service I’ve ever seen through an Internet company. A lady named Debbie runs the place. You can either email them through the web site or call them at 518-831-1751. If busy – they WILL call you back, providing you leave a call back number.
I have bought wheels through them before for older bikes.
